Bangi currently got 3 top developer developing 😁

Sunway Gandaria service apartment best location as its at Bandar baru Bangi and most well known brand...

However pricing.....average rm670k for a 900sqft apartment....

Next is Mah Sing Cerrado at Southville City Bangi...just a lik further south of bandar baru bangi....650sqft rm350-380k(furnished unit)

The 3rd one is Almyra Service Residence by IOI properties in Bandar Seri Putera even further south than Southville...9xx+sqft unit rm360-380k unfurnished.

Cheapest is IOI but much further south of bangi lah...

U guys decide which one is worth it 😁

Is it still available bro? yeah quite good deal.

I think the premium buying from Mah Sing is they are a big developer, and will built a direct plus highway interchange just beside their township. That alone added quite some value.

If you have holding power you can gamble on Mah Sing. If no money better buy more affordable properties by smaller developer and gamble there. Investment is gambling, no 100% one. But normally peng,leng,zeng (cheap,beautiful,good) property hard to find, find one fast fast pay booking lo.

Not sure UKM students can afford to buy, renting also might be a problem. Maybe 2 students share one 667sf apartment?

Not many people know about MINT. You are right. MINT very near can be good place to stay for their engineers, can cut down their distance to commute to work.

You can see my response in savanna thread why MS project in southville city almost fully sold out. The realities is difference than your perception 😁

Honestly im willing to bet this cerrado will easily sold out. Most purchasers in savanna is own stayer and it will be too for cerrado...cerrado will be considerably cheaper than savanna with smaller size but trust me, once officially launch kl/central klang valley people will come down and sapu it....coz in their working and renting area price has soar beyond their affordability range. The trend now for people working centrally is they work there but commute back to home further away from central region.

400k spa price? Quite cheap leh 😱

Got 10% early rebat and 7% bumi rebate. Nett for 650sqft 330k+ for 650sqft 2 room u it still cheap woh...

I shop around in cyber jialat those price can only get 450-500-550 sqft 1 room or studio unit. 1000sqft already 470k
