Seeing that the initial price is inflated, and our ringgit is going south having no apparent team or minister fixing it, and middle incomers concerned about their jobs, I can't be optimistic.

Regardless that I think southville is an okay area. Okay for minorities like me working nearby.

I didn't know putra mahkota interchange had just appeared overnight. Southgate area and southville city are vastly different plans that can't be compared simply like that. But I know you're just teasing.

Eh? I thought Savanna plaza is just a bunch of shoplots and no mall.

As for local council, I think maybe the benefit would be lower tax with Kajang compared to Sepang, but I'm not certain.
