If youre thinking about flipping, I think better go with IOI 5km down south. For renting, maybe protasco up north.

Seeing that the initial price is inflated, and our ringgit is going south having no apparent team or minister fixing it, and middle incomers concerned about their jobs, I can't be optimistic.

Regardless that I think southville is an okay area. Okay for minorities like me working nearby.

I didn't know putra mahkota interchange had just appeared overnight. Southgate area and southville city are vastly different plans that can't be compared simply like that. But I know you're just teasing.

Eh? I thought Savanna plaza is just a bunch of shoplots and no mall.

As for local council, I think maybe the benefit would be lower tax with Kajang compared to Sepang, but I'm not certain.

I think IOI Palmyra does that.

I think 2 of 4 towers should be enough to get the project started, even if the remaining towers get cancelled or redesigned.
