Just bought a unit at cerrado. Agent told me is loan reject from tower A. i bought for rm380k now all tower B RM420K.  I got a very cheap price about 40k cheaper so happy. This agent really very helpful and tried his best to get a cheap unit for me. Cause he said i am lucky cause hes customer loan rejected. As my budget cant afford too exp ( i am aiming below 400k, abv abit hard for me) Those wanna buy cerrado can pm me for referer and the agent contact. hes quite good. he told me still got 2 more unit reject from tower A. i am trying to pull my cousin to buy, i like the green concept of this place, but i hope mah sing can deliver if not i will be super mad  mad.gif
