All....try get opinion...which one is better. Cerrado Mah Sing or Almyra Residence / or new phase Palmyra Residence by IOI Bandar Puteri Bangi? But this cerrado sold almost 80%.

Palmyra Residence - new service apartment at Bandar Puteri Bangi. Targeted to be launch on Sept/Oct 2016. Targeted price from RM350K.  The Strata Townhouse - new townhouse at Bandar Puteri Bangi. Targeted to be launch on November 2016 with price from RM530K.  |
