Has southville been proven? KD is generating an average of 4.5% yield which is alright on today's market. Don't eat yr own spit pls. You cannot afford tropicana or kd then just rot in Bangi. Work harder ya.. I wanna see how ye southville generates at least 4% yield.. wink.gif

Really impressive at this kinda market.

Looks a lot of Chinese buying, previously i saw a lot of malays giving cheques during the property fair in paradigm mall.
But, lets see they open Tower B bcz above sales is only based on one block. Price looks fair with easy entry, just a bit doubt of total 1616 units, not inclusive other surrounding projects.

Hopefully minimal price increase as there are quite a number on standby list for loan reject or cancel unit

Phase 1 haven't sign SPA so fast talking about launching Phase 2.

If I were the developer, I'll block many units on Phase 1. Then release slowly Phase 1 units according to what's their latest/current Phase PSF selling.

If want solid confirmation on Phase 1 sold and sign SPA units, refer to KPKT system will reveal.

Should be very worried cuz it's by mah sing as we can see from their M City and also Icon City. Both projects were selling like hot cakes back then just like what's happening here in Southville. But we can see how "successful" the both projects are today.

BBB is one thing. Go Holland is another thing. But Mah Sing agent that enjoy using proxy accounts is EVERYTHING. Joke is back on this naive agent.

Yet this agent wants to pull Tropicana and KD in comparison with Southville. I don't know who is he trying to kid here. He is comparing a shit wit gold, just like himself with the rest of us here.

Almost. chose gravit8 at last....cause bought mah sing garden. so so.. the shop below garden ALL not a single one sold ....
