lol just buying residential need to think so much like investing in a shoplot ke?

I just bought savanna tower D2.

I think Bangi will be next hotspot for property investment as well...

Recently HSR station also is announced in Sg Merab area, Bangi just north 15 minutes drive from Southville. I think developer and goernment will aggresively develop those area to be the next property hotspot...

Buying 500k house is not like buying goreng pisang la.You will be stuck for 35 years with this extremely high dense project in the middle of the jungle. For reference on how this will end up, think OUG Parklanes but this is truly in a JUNGLE far away.

Come to think of it i seen you post in most property thread here bashing all the project. Talk about iverflowing hate of negativity lol. Arent you the one that bash cyberjaya, bangi and pretty much all project?

Theres a direct access to plus highway via new toll interchange in southville. Buying for ownstay and working in kl is good enough

I only give my POINTS on the USP/challenges on various projects. If it cant make it, why lie n say can la? Look at m city/elements area, i said gona fail fom many years back. Now auction in elements not even 600psf and ppl paying 500+psf to stay here. By the way, what other bangi project i bash? thanks.

If for ownstay and ok with living amongst 3192 units (27.7 acres) in savanna, 1,616 units ( 9 acres) in Cerrado and many more coming, then this is suitable for u la.

was talking to a salesman on this project, this project more appealing to those people from seremban but working in KL and want somewhere in between, such buyer may be willing to pay a premium for such property, otherwise, this is really too far to command rm500+psf for ordinary Klang Valley buyers

the entry price consider low to the first time buyer, in term of location its build beside plus highway is another plus point, and ukm student within 5km is another selling point to southville city, this 1616 units can rent to ukm students in future

students normally want 5min: below 500m walking distance to school not 5km. lol
