I really like ip6 design compare to the tadpole liked camera bulging at the back of ip7. Ip7 plus stil bit acceptable but still ip6 wins hands down

My iPhone 6 have this problem too, my workaround is to enable wifi even though i'm not connected to a wifi network than only it will be accurate. Give it a try

Note: I've done a reset, restore, reboot the same result. Suspecting it's a chip problem but somehow still can work by forcing wifi enabled, lol l

dent should be ok still. unless it impact any components inside.. just go ahead to sent it to service center. if there they consider that your unit has some damage n not able to claim the replacement program, they will call u and inform you, they will charge rm120 for the battery replacement if you agree to proceed. I would advise to get directly from Apple Store for older models if they have it on their website. I have a friend who is working in phone industries and it is well known that most of the old models you see in the market right now are all refurbished even if they tell and sell to you as new.
