after update to b170 its install software called health..is there any method to disable this apps? coz its running by itself when I walk with the phone.the battery its ok so far after update.

Damn, I've done B180 upgrade + unlock altogether but I've forgot to perform backup on my phone... especially last backup on whatsapp and all the 2FA backup...

now I have to restore the phone App by App + settings...

yea... bootloader unlock would wipe your phone data (incl. storage)... take it as one time trouble...

You don't have to unlock bootloader you only intend to upgrade firmware... I have my titanium backup to freeze unwanted apps that's the reason I choose to root my phone...

How are we going to flash to new firmware update if we use TWRP recovery? Do we need decrypted boot image to do so or... ?

Not too clear about this... i.e. if TWRP able to understand update.app?

All official firmware can only be flash with stock recovery
Use app flashify to flash recovery back to stock
Use software Huawei update extractor to extract stock recovery from the update.app. just copy the stock recovery.img file to any location in phone
You can flash any official firmware on rooted phones
