QUOTE(akachester @ Mar 14 2007, 11:31 PM) Seems like this disease are very dangerous.Anyone care to explain to me what might have caused it and is there any prevention? And what is the symptom we could see if its coming and any way to cure it? if im not mistaken INBREEDING also can be the main cause of many sickness suffered by hedgie aside from food or being inactive. @hao, just wondering will you be getting a new hedgie in the near future? My friend told me a hedgie with pimples on his/her face is among signs of inbreeding and they usually have much weaker antibody and easily gets sick. Added on March 19, 2007, 11:57 pmfor mites, fleas or any skin disease fungal infection, try look for this antiseptic from the vet:- i treated Sora and Dante with it and they get better less than a week. ![]() this one i get it from the vet in SS15 Subang Jaya. Been there twice already for checkup and to take the antiseptic cream. This post has been edited by max_cavalera: Mar 20 2007, 12:01 AM |

Ohhhh.... My Donut likes my glider mix.... heheheh.... she will lick and lick... never annoint also so I guess she likes it. But Sparky won't touch anything other than mealworms or kibbles...
Donut is a pig. She eats more than her dad Sparky. She finishes 2 tablespoons of food a day while Sparky kinda rations himself to finish in 2 days.... so this is why I call Donut a pig.... maybe must rename her Piggy or something LOL.... |

Oh...Good that she drinks alot. Ren hardly drinks. So he'll only pee once or twice a day. Is it normal for a hedgehog to drink less? |
