QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Jan 16 2007, 06:55 PM) after looking at few petshops it is really a disappointing journey to scout for a good hedgie ;o. either the price is incredibly inflated, the hedgie itself is wild, old, poor health conditions and obese(sounds like a package from all the pet shop). seeing this the best bet to get a good deal hedgie now is always from a hobbist breeder. >_> I agree with you on this.Last time out, not considering the price, i still can see hoglets on sale that are in good condition (at least from the physical part) as in PWMV and NN Pet house but the price is incredibly high..Now, no more already..most of them are either too old or terribly injured as in those hedgehog in PS...

QUOTE(White Palace @ Jan 17 2007, 06:53 PM) Ya, unlike porcupine, the quills not as sharp. Same sharp... just tat one is bigger and one is smaller... porcupine's quill is harder while hedgehog's quill is softer (bend easily)
