i went to SC this morning for warranty claim for absorber mounting unit (right side)



however, ' tak tak' tak ' sound still appear after they finish change it.. usually happen/the sound appear when i'm take a corner or selekoh,   

what is the real problem?

I want to ask.. The persona wording at bhind of the bonet is fall off and gone. anyone know where can i find it??

using proton mintye for rear brake pad, quite ok and very less dust compare to original bosch (super dust emitter) come when the car is new.
but when cold and rainy, sometime the rear brake will emit "wo wo" noise on 1st initial brake when reversing out from home. after a few braking noise is gone...

240 per piece better find xm2 from Michelin.

any recomand ATF oil brand for persona?

Original Proton SP3, Genuine Mitsubishi Diaqueen SP3, or synthetic ATF like Petro Canada Duradrive MV and Mobil 1 ATF.

yes can use type 4 toyota atf. long term , inner part of gearbox might be damage.

I used 1 time b4, but i switch back to proton atf sp3

however, done changing front brake pads to Bendix Ultimate,

Anyone know what is the problem at fuel tank. During filling petrol, i have to press slowly to fill up. Even i use the minimun fueling click on the petrol gun, it will be jumping out after 2 sec. It will jumping out also when fuel gun not fully insert. Try lotsa method, no work.... I took to SC to check and they said the fuel tank pressure is OK.
Very difficult to fill up each time at petrol station. Haih !!!

hi all, any recommended aircond shop near pj/subang/puchong area?
my aircond not cold enough on afternoon. air coming out is cool but not cold so will feel hot inside. on morning or evening it was good and cold. this has been around for a year edi, maybe just minor gas or compressor oil reduction (not heavy leaking)? normal for a 4 years car to have minor reduction right?

got add refrigerant/gas before? or 6 years never add?

Pros:
1) Simple car, no fancy electronics. So far haven't heard of anyone complaining about ABS failure or airbags failure for example.
2) Fairly decent fuel consumption for highway drives, averaging around 7L to 8L/100KM.
3) Commendable handling and stability
4) Very reliable engine and gearbox. With the exception of a few cases, I haven't been reading much about engine failures for this car. My car also hasn't broken down so far.

Cons:
1) Bad rear seat design. If you buy SE, M or H-Line then it won't be so bad because it comes with an adjustable headrest.
2) Poor engine performance at low speeds, especially if the car is loaded. This contributes greatly to the high fuel consumption for city driving.
3) Leaky doors. Can be fixed, but is annoying.
4) No front speakers (if I'm not mistaken) for SV. Installing front speakers will most likely introduce another point for water to leak into your car unless the installer knows how to deal with this.
So... for the price you're paying, it's actually quite good. If you do decide to get one, get good tints (like over RM7xx), add the original body-kit and muffler tip, or at least the muffler tip so that the exhaust doesn't look like a penis, and you should be good to go. If you're into driving more aggressively, consider upgrading the tyres and brake pads too.
