finally I receive a call from ninjaVan side.

As per their driver, they say they deliver 3 parcel that time, and they assume all 3 is my package. Only 1 is mine, another 2 belong to another colleague of mine.

Then even assume that all 3 is the same consignee. I've concrete CCTV proof that only 1 package is mine. Let see what they say about this.

At least I have their number now.

ayam no faham... so all 3 is your name or wat?

meaning you have them delivered to office?

usually office they will not care, as long as someone in the office (receptionist or secretary) sign it, they will assume item is delivered.

i dont know why ninjavan say all 3 item is under my name. i suspect foul play between rider and internal.

very hard to say if courier will refund you...

try on both sides lazada and ninja for refund see how to work it out
*
i've already forwarded this to both lazada and ninjavan.

they are in their own investigation on both end. the only thing i can wait is their so call investigation.

not sure who will make the refund or if i wil even get it. :/

But i think if refund is initiated, lazada will definitely claim from the courier.

ok here's the full story.

i've ordered 5 item from lazada during the perion 11/11-18/11 .

i've received 1 item on 13th, 19th I've received 2 parcel, 1 at 12pm , another at 4pm.

On ninjavan explanation, they say the rider sent 3 parcel at 12pm, which is false, as i only receive 1 parcel.

The rider that came over brought 3 parcel, but 1 belongs to me, 2 belongs to my colleague.

Hope this clarifies.

So is the unknown signature belongs to your colleague or still a totally unrelated signature?

Their excuse is full of holes.

totally unrelated signature.

Yes, I've point out on their excuse and they could not answer me. Keep taichi say will investigate.

I hope this will be the last time I would encounter them. Hope Lazada stop using them or something.

then that is straight forward case. make an police report, and send it to lazada.

if lazada did not respond like day, then will go to tribunal.

Because you dont care what delivery service they use, it is lazada responsibility, whether they claim back from the courier company or they take the responsibility

tell the police this report needed for tribunal cases. whether you use it later or not, it is your case. but this will give the tension to lazada to resolve it faster (compensate first) and their own investigation

ninjavan has been growing very very quickly.
This might have caused the drop in service. Hope they recover their services quick.
So far comments from users of ninjavan are really good actually.

Good luck on your case.
This can take really long.
Last time round my parcel uses DHL took 2 months zzzzzzz
*
well, they might have grown so fast that they overestimate their abilities.

So far I've also heard good reviews about them too. This case tho show me another.

2 months is not a problem to me, as long as i get back item replacement/refund.

it involve quite an amount of money cry.gif

that's my last resort. doesn't really wish to push it that hard.

but that will be what im doing if worst come to worst, they deny any responsibility and im stuck in the middle of nowhere.

btw, is it illegal for a courier to release item without consignee approval? such as allowing any third party not assign by consignee to sign the package?
