practically, I'd say go for honor 7 seriously because:

- we don't really know when will RN3pro be available (officially) here
- Global rom availability?
- living with locked bootloader
- owner must learn how to flash (if you get an AP set) and some minor gapps installation work

If you can really wait and deal with the above, then get the RN3/RN3pro. Else just go with your guts and get Honor 7 with better after sales support...
