there's not even a RN3 Mediatek here (from official msia xiaomi website)..what makes you think msia will start selling RN3 pro here ?

yes...but even at the language option there doesn't have chinese...all other languages are available
that puzzles me

i found out that we have to download chinese google pinyin keyboard separately and install...but this is china brand phone and it doesn't have chinese input ? hilarious

a few clarifications:

Step 10: First click on the "download" button, and then plug the USB cable to your Computer!(Don't Keep Usb Plugged) ---> this means phone still on but not connected to usb, correct ?

Step 11: let the phone completely off, and then press and Hold the volume down key(Keep it pressed until Progress goes Yellow), then the USB data cable into the phone ! Computer will find your device, when the progress become yellow update will begin to move! This is when you can release the volume down key. ----> after powering off the phone then hold the volume down key right (at this moment nothing will be shown on the phone correct) ? But how to check the Progress, is this shown on the PC ?

so your advice is to flash to 7.1.6.0 instead of 7.0.22.0 ?
