True, ensogo don't even got stock record. After few days place order, they called no stock, few days later, called again, got stock. Hold me blank with no update onward. Call no answer everyday, till one day got someone pickup, then check no apply refund yet. Then after that begin 14 working days refund process. Very slow in almost everything except taking your money.

lol. yes, their customer service sux. i've just send an email scold them lately. i complaint about one thing, then they ask my order details, i replied my order details(which i actually previously provided them the order number, damn u stupid lazada cannot check my email, my name, my contact thru the order number i provided? need me reply ur email fill in those?), then after tat guess what they reply? they sent me a reply which i complaint at first. the exact same answer from them which i complaint from the beginning.

They are stupid avoid buying directly under lazada they give you bad items.

just to clarify, if i wanna get something with the price of RM100 and its with the maybank 12% discount, can i still use my RM30 voucher on top of the 12% discount?
