think you all need to know that sometimes milkadeal don't pay out. when you contact them, they just dismiss it by saying the merchant did not pay them and that's it. shopback is definitely more established and trustworthy.

the 1 i read, the merchant is agoda. not sure about other merchants

Bad experience with NinjaVan this round. I've got 3 package expected delivery by today.

I've received only 1, which was by 12pm.

All 3 was signed and received by a same signature at 3.40, which wasn't I.

not sure if they sub to other people to deliver my parcel, but this time, they really screw me up.

when ninjavan came delivered mine, i met him at the lift area where lots of people walk about. anyone could have signed for it. he didnt even ask to look at my IC

yeah. that day eventhough they say will deliver on that day,  i waited whole day they no deliver. i straight email them say i go pickup my own tomorrow morning, surprisingly they reply email quite fast.
