I dont see any reputable seller at lazada. Even the 2 large seller Ixxxxx and Dxxxxx is tricky when it comes to lazada. The item condition they published on lazada is not same with what they publishing on lelong. Example refurbished set but didnt mentioned it in lazada.

Edit: and lazada is no good in controlling their seller name? Any bro is seller in lazada? Do they need submit business reg number and license copy to get their name? Because i noticed seller name "microsoft authorized seller" is actually thundermatch, wtf.

Thats a big problem, let say we already know xxx seller is not honest in online selling, example send faulty set or whatever reason, how come the xxx can register as samsung authorized reseller after that so that we cannot guess its the bad xxx seller anymore. Then if their samsung authorized reseller name getting bad, they go lazada apply gigabyte authorised reseller lagi?

lol. yes, their customer service sux. i've just send an email scold them lately. i complaint about one thing, then they ask my order details, i replied my order details(which i actually previously provided them the order number, damn u stupid lazada cannot check my email, my name, my contact thru the order number i provided? need me reply ur email fill in those?), then after tat guess what they reply? they sent me a reply which i complaint at first. the exact same answer from them which i complaint from the beginning.

not really. i understand sometime is better to call them directly, but sometime its better to use email instead.
email have proof of complaint, with date of complaint raised. while if use call, i had experience talked with some stubborn from lazada customer service representative. nowaday customer service job is to "calm customer, bluff customer", instead of settling customer's issue. this is even one of the job requirement for customer servic nowaday, 2 applicants applying job for customer service representative, the one better in bluffing got hired , the one honest and wishing to help customer, bye bye.
