NinjaVan been screwing me up. Never use their courier to send to me.

receive 3 parcel , tracking is NinjaVan, but come is 2 G-dex and 1 Citylink.

How can i trust a courier who doesnt use their own courier.

There goes the problem on Ninjavan, pressure Lazada action against the Ninjavan or else will file report. Giving them 48 hours to respond. No Bullshit 7-14 days.

now i try to check again, invalid tracking ID.

for ninjavan if slow delivery just go straight to their warehouse.

Lot 10 jalan delima 1/1 taman perindustrian subang hi tech batu 3 40150 shah alam selangor. nearest landmark : beside DIGI TELECOMMUNICATION S/B

the warehouse no say ninjavan, is ZALORA warehouse. just go straight right behind. it seems like ninjavan is their in-house courier.

I wish they tell me to go collect it also. I would drive there all the way to collect.

Now it shown delivered, I can vomit blood already.

yeah. that day eventhough they say will deliver on that day, i waited whole day they no deliver. i straight email them say i go pickup my own tomorrow morning, surprisingly they reply email quite fast.

my experience with ninjavan so far 2 packages, one came a day earlier, one more i waited 4 days they no deliver so i go pickup myself. both times similar product, box came all crumpled/torn.

all the while lazada used GDEX they take care the packages althought got small dent but box still ok.

when i went there i to collect, they just give me the package no need sign anything.
but after i enter my car, one of them came to me and just ask for my ic number only.

Zalora is part of Lazada group, there for ninjavan is Lazada in house courier service.

just got my item from ninjavan.

courier van have no vinyl sticker..plain white cream.
