Bad experience with NinjaVan this round. I've got 3 package expected delivery by today.

I've received only 1, which was by 12pm.

All 3 was signed and received by a same signature at 3.40, which wasn't I.

not sure if they sub to other people to deliver my parcel, but this time, they really screw me up.

My office gatekeeper receive the package for me, they sub to CityLink to send, my previous other 2 that received they sub to Gdex.

It wasn't even NinjaVan who do the delivery. The signature is definitely not mine or anyone in my office. So yeah.

Already called Lazada, like always, they will do investigation, just hope that they sub it to some plain shirt guy to send the item and it will reach me safely.

whenever there's someone messing up with the voucher spreadsheet then it will fail

Is it illegal for courier service to release my item to anyone but me when it require signature?

The one name who receive the package is not me too. Can I actually bring it to tribunal or any legal action against Lazada/Courier?

They say NinjaVan got proof of delivery, mean it was delivered. Not anyone from my office or me sign for that package.

Called them, they say need investigation and stuff. I'm really frustrated for this.

Yes. You can file complain against Lazada, let Lazada handle the courier side. Proof of delivery mean nothing if the signature is not yours. Check CCTV to prove it.

I do remember if Ninjavan send the item, it require to sign name and IC number. Ask them to prove it.

Already done. I've even screenshot it all down first just incase I need proof.

Just hope to now get my item back / refund. Really frustrated when this happen. First time tho, trying to keep as calm as possible .

Zalora is part of Lazada group, there for ninjavan is Lazada in house courier service.

do yall know that ninjavan actually outsource their delivery people?
some delivery people for ninjavan is just doing ONE time only for that particular delivery.
