shopback now require 70 day to be redeemable? my new order shown 70 days only redeemable. and my previous order from 54 day became 64 days now. wtf?

Bad experience with NinjaVan this round. I've got 3 package expected delivery by today.

I've received only 1, which was by 12pm.

All 3 was signed and received by a same signature at 3.40, which wasn't I.

not sure if they sub to other people to deliver my parcel, but this time, they really screw me up.

yep, 5 package, 2 got screw.

Not cheap stuff tho sigh, i even checked my office cctv to know if anyone stolen my stuff. Nothing wrong.

I've already contacted lazada, they say will investigate.

Hope they will refund me if it's really lost, which I hope not.

My office gatekeeper receive the package for me, they sub to CityLink to send, my previous other 2 that received they sub to Gdex.

It wasn't even NinjaVan who do the delivery. The signature is definitely not mine or anyone in my office. So yeah.

Already called Lazada, like always, they will do investigation, just hope that they sub it to some plain shirt guy to send the item and it will reach me safely.

Is it illegal for courier service to release my item to anyone but me when it require signature?

The one name who receive the package is not me too. Can I actually bring it to tribunal or any legal action against Lazada/Courier?

They say NinjaVan got proof of delivery, mean it was delivered. Not anyone from my office or me sign for that package.

Called them, they say need investigation and stuff. I'm really frustrated for this.

nope, it's eletronic signature. Mean sign on device. I use tracking number check, there's a signature there. Definitely not mine.

I use tracking number, NinjaVan have this proof of delivery electronic signature thing on their tracking number.

I asked they also say not sure.

NinjaVan been screwing me up. Never use their courier to send to me.

receive 3 parcel , tracking is NinjaVan, but come is 2 G-dex and 1 Citylink.

How can i trust a courier who doesnt use their own courier.

I straight tell them I want answer by today. I already call them yesterday.

Their typical investigate and stuff.

I wish they tell me to go collect it also. I would drive there all the way to collect.

Now it shown delivered, I can vomit blood already.

Been harassing them to keep me update. Only can wait, I think NinjaVan have a lot of explanation to do.
