Hi guys,
Bad experience with NinjaVan this round. I've got 3 package expected delivery by today. I've received only 1, which was by 12pm. All 3 was signed and received by a same signature at 3.40, which wasn't I. not sure if they sub to other people to deliver my parcel, but this time, they really screw me up. |

Is it illegal for courier service to release my item to anyone but me when it require signature?
The one name who receive the package is not me too. Can I actually bring it to tribunal or any legal action against Lazada/Courier? |
