for ninjavan if slow delivery just go straight to their warehouse.

the warehouse no say ninjavan, is ZALORA warehouse. just go straight right behind. it seems like ninjavan is their in-house courier.

yeah. that day eventhough they say will deliver on that day, i waited whole day they no deliver. i straight email them say i go pickup my own tomorrow morning, surprisingly they reply email quite fast.

my experience with ninjavan so far 2 packages, one came a day earlier, one more i waited 4 days they no deliver so i go pickup myself. both times similar product, box came all crumpled/torn.

all the while lazada used GDEX they take care the packages althought got small dent but box still ok.

when i went there i to collect, they just give me the package no need sign anything.
but after i enter my car, one of them came to me and just ask for my ic number only.

so boring nothing to buy

usually after item shipped cannot cancel order already. just contact them, if the item already passed the approximate date they give u, then u can ask for refund.

hmm strange, i want to checkout but no plce for me to put promo code

their COD fucntion. will they call u first before they come ur house? or do i have to wait whole day too?

how does their COD works? order item yesterday night opt for COD, now item say already shipped.

lol i dunno why lazada suddenly use ninjavan. wtf shit unprofessional service. first time they try to send item, but i not in. they call me i say can redeliver on monday, they say can but they saw my neighbour at home so can i phone my neighbour and ask neighbour to pickup for me first.

.... i tell them i not close with neighbour, also dunno neighbour number. few minutes later call me again, this time say hold on and pass phone to my neighbour to talk about help me pick up. wtf.

2nd and 3rd time, ninjavan got delay on delivery. i email them and ask for selfpickup.

then i use COD liao, COD is lazada staffs drive motor to my house (call beforehand). faster.

yeah, i think ninjavan is just a new courier service, went to their warehouse, very unorganized and dont feel like a courier service at all. just very messy, no place for customer to pickup.

i think if in klang valley area they will use Ninjavan, cause i order another thing to other state they use Gdex.

urrgghh this! last time on order status page can see tracking number, now if want tracking number have to ask customer service.
