I think around Rm1700 can get
Sony will be better. The sensor same size as some DSLR

There is an older model A5000 - do not confuse this with A5100 which is the newer and better model

Might want to consider a camera with in-body stabilization or OSS in the lens..it will help with shaky hands.

Yep that should help with shaky hands. If the lens have big aperture like 2.0 or less you can shoot wide open and with faster shutter speed too.
