How long does it usually take for Deloitte to respond after a face-to-face interview?

If u r offered by other big 3, pls accept without doubt. Deloitte is the last choice

why?

Globally, Deloitte is more prestigious especially when it comes to their management consulting, financial advisory service lines compared to the rest. Locally however, the firm is in a different level and the perception is that they are catching up with the other Big 4s (yes even against KPMG MY). Reputational wise the impact of the SRC case and the recent police raid only compounds Deloitte's public image.

However, in my opinion give it a few years and the firm can leverage their global leadership to leapfrog their competition locally, provided that they can consolidate and offer competitive and cross functional services through their APAC offices

For advisory, Big 4 will usually choose candidates from overseas uni. If you are from local, you don't stand a chance.
