QUOTE(Nemesis1980 @ Apr 27 2016, 09:25 AM) OK, in my wishlisht. will be heading back december and try those coz it's near my place. Yup, owner is the cook, wife is the manager. Super good PR lah the lady. VERY nice and very good at recommending dishes and portion sizes. Honest too. Recommended a satay place when we asked, haha. The same guests were craving satay and this lady knew exactly where to go!I had twice dinner in a restaurant called REN REN. price is reasonable and food is good too. Dim sum.....ok lar but not many choices |

QUOTE(Soony @ Apr 28 2016, 03:12 PM) Think that the property in Perth is still pretty reasonable as you are able to get a 3br2bath for around 400k @ 10km east of perh cbd. Perth's property is very reasonable now compared 2 years ago. if you got money or haven't own a house yet, now is the time. avoid armadale, balga, mirrabooka, koondoola, girrawheen....these are dodgy suburbs. you dun wanna let house break in everyday by druggies or abo do ya? |

i am late in migrating arrived last year at 39, kid is 13 , managed to find permanent employment in my field after 3 months and quite comfortable package.
First 3 months i did short contracts in my field which really helped secure my current position. No regrets, considered fortunate. Best To come early if you get a chance. |

How did you apply to Australia ? Was it thru 'Rayford' ? Or you did it yourself ? I have attended Rayford's seminars and seriously, the fees are so expensive that one needs to pay up to 13000 Aussie per person. If you add in other members, that's even more. QUOTE(Nemesis1980 @ Apr 29 2016, 02:39 PM) Imagine Perth is like Ipoh or Kuching. Bored? Nah, more family time for sure. That's where you interact with your family. I did my application by myself. Bloody Rayford cheated me once, and I am not going to be cheated by James again. I submitted all my docs, but till now there is no reply from the case officer. Any advice on that ? |
