How did you apply to Australia ? Was it thru 'Rayford' ? Or you did it yourself ? I have attended Rayford's seminars and seriously, the fees are so expensive that one needs to pay up to 13000 Aussie per person. If you add in other members, that's even more.

What are you working as ? How do you travel to work and how long does it take ?

I did my application by myself. Bloody Rayford cheated me once, and I am not going to be cheated by James again. I submitted all my docs, but till now there is no reply from the case officer. Any advice on that ?

Add in your IELTS fees and doc translation n certification, it's 50k per person.

50k is thru Rayford. I did it myself. But till now there is no reply.

That's bloody cheap. You were lucky to have been charged such a low rate by James. If you look at his current price, it's 13k Aussie, not including other fees for 'additional services'. But I wonder if his reputation has hit rock bottom a long time ago, there are still people getting conned by him and other agents everyday and what's the reason ? I already submitted all additional docs, like I said. After 3 weeks, there is still no reply from the officer in charge of my case. I think I may have been rejected, since you said it takes only 2 weeks or less to approve your visa after getting your docs.

If I were you, I would take Nemesis's advice. From what I observe about him, he is living his life to the fullest, thanks to his own perseverance and practical / successful views.

Is is a tax deduction or welfare payment ?

Maybe he is really earning millions per year. Who knows ? Give him the benefit of the doubt, ok ?
