Investment bankers and some other departments from the bank can get 6 to 24 months depending on their role, rank and contributions. Usually only a small pool out of the horde can get this.
Other comps from other industries... depends lo, usually lesser.

yeah, that was one fine day 2 weeks ago, work till 6am, go home nap for 2 hours, 9am go vmeet ad.... damn stoned the whole day. lol...

ya, in cf, but those stories were so yesterday, many years back 12 months bonus is a norm for average performer, now no more such song to sing bro.... last year was a very bad year.... our bonus shrink 4 times compared to the previous year, yeah 4 times, you didnt read wrongly... so you got me.... thats why i say not good and wanna look around.

what kind of job you looking for? a job that may requires 20 hours a day, you ok? but not everyday la.

uncle gark, wanna hire me? me very cheap nia.... now my price is below 200 sma. so can consider. hahaha

E.g.
staff working in KL for XX no. of years...drive 10-15 mins sampai office...u suddenly transfer him/her to outside KL, kena drive 1+ hour to reach division office...
staff working in Klang Valley sites for X no. of years...u transfer him to hutan sites...or East Malaysia...

Boss.. bersyukur sikit coz u still have a good job and bonus...
Some people getting VSS with no certainty of getting another decent job later and some no increment & bonus....
Some new joiners... belum confirmation already asked to leave or refuse to do confirmation so remain probation for quite a while.
Some become contract staff so not entitled to a lot of things.

Anyway... people with your skills and talent have a strong demand everywhere worldwide. So.... u're still fine la.

Cari makan memang susah.
But I think there are some good old staff that don't mind being based anywhere... as long as they have a decent job.
Who knows... they become the boss or papasan there haha

That one is called constructive dismissal. if fight in labor court sure lose one. I find that just pay retrenchment better, 1 day kaotim ktxbai.

I got see some staff really hard headed one, until transfer to ulu ulu place with no job also can last until retirement one.

Once my colleague from city kena transfer 600 km away to a place got no electricity and water. Job is very simple, just take care of a small warehouse... only like once a month got people contact him, already 7 years still working there. Now become part time uztaz in kampung (since very free) and grow 30 cm beard already.. i also sked go see him, look like ISIS liao.
