yeah, fundamentally good, but the aging analysis is abit worrying. and the prop market has been soften for quite a bit. so guess it's a no go?

it's my best dividend stock.

annual report dont have meh? should have mah. the audited accounts.

It's a property developer, should have not much problem with receivables, as mostly would be under financing hmm.gif

havent check in detail yet, let me take a look at it when i'm free in the next few days.

but for their model, the cash outflow will come first before receiving, so cash flow problem may occur here though.
