I voted for Drogba as I've seen him doing it a couple of times.
Cristiano has improved a lot. Doesn't fall down so easily anymore smile.gif

Anyone forgetting Robert Pires?

Remember his 'self-preservation' crap?

Vice-captain: Robert Pires
Team: Rivaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo

A certain Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres are good shouts for the team as well. A certain Mr. Gerrard is getting very good at it as well.

OMG NO! Torres and Gerrard don't dive! It's a bloody fact! No point telling us that he does and backing it with substantial evidence becoz there's no way in hell that these Liverpool players be associated with diving! Gerrard is clearly pushing to have it cut out of the game and Torres doesn't do it becoz his captain says not to! I refuse to believe that they do!

Pires is mentioned far too often. Yes, he did dive against Pompey few seasons ago, and that would be his most infamous one. There's another one vs Spurs I think, but other than that there ain't many around.

And those who keep on saying the stuff you did are probably sore losers as well.

CRonaldo's reputation is too tainted already. I agree he has cut down on his diving, but again if he didn't do it regularly enough youtube wouldn't have so many compilations of him. Let's hope that he will continue to cut down too and develop into a player truly worthy of his skills.

Speaking of which, this is seriously LOL... Pires didn't even touch him, and he went down into pieces and even clutching his face laugh.gif

um, if the replays showed it correctly, pires did catch him in the heel before he attempted that shot.

it was a bit too hard to judge watching like this, but i don't think the player was playacting when he doesn't even realize pires was behind him.

A little nip at the heel perhaps, but even so it looks pretty much like a brush rather than a full force kick. But the main LOL is how he clutched his face as if he was punched tongue.gif

After a few replays and squinting my eyes, it seems that Pires ALMOST touched his heel.
Notice the ALMOST word ? In my opinion, he did not even managed to nip his heel and that is definitely play acting.
Watch a few more times and you will see the guy's heel going up first before Pires's foot went down. biggrin.gif

Rooney and Gerrard are the worst because the claim to be honest players. Both Rooney and Gerrard have criticized other players for doing it when they themselves have done it. Hypocrites, I really hate hypocrites as some of you may know.

Ronaldo wins hands down but at least he doesn't lie about it. He dives and gets his team the advantage and goes on with life, he doesn't come out and bad mouth other who do it. It is by no way professional but we have to accept that it is becoming part of the game now. There is no avoiding it.

My top three

1. Ronaldo

2. Rooney

3. Gerrard

I guess some don't grasp the topic. I reads "who dives the most?" and not "who dives?". Torres vs. Ronaldo? Hmm tough one hmm.gif

Exactly. Droga has actually admitted to diving and what of El-Haji Diouf. Just because he plays for Bolton now and you don't see him on telly every week doesn't mean he's not known at the 'serial diver' anymore.
