Reanne, work on switching to rat. With determination and patience, you will make it.

Should I stick a small rat in while she finishes with the mouse? Haven't tried it, wonder if it'll work.

You think you can that? It is a good idea, as soon as she gulping down the hind legs, slowly but steadily put the prekilled rat into her mouth.

Alternatively, you can rub rat and mice for a minute, then offer the rat.

OR put your rat in the mice cage over night so your rat will smell like mice. If you feel my method is easier to carry out .... give it a try, reanne.

Ok, will try in a couple of days. She ate 2 mice last night already, have to wait a bit.

Eh, the ballie is seriously small. After eating 2 small mice, she's so bloated that she can't slither properly.

Hahah.... my ballie fasting... got a bit cloudy eyes now... and 1 of my mice is pregnant... oh well... I got loads of rats hahaha... but they are still fuzzies... not yet big enough for ballie to makan. Corn so happy, gulped 2 rat fuzzies and now fat fat.

Hun, I also feed rat pinkies to my corns now. This will be great. I will feed my corns with rats too in the future. All my corns sure be 'FAT FAT" ones.
