Anyone bought recently and signed SPA? I just bought 1... my first home purchase. Anything I should be aware of when signing?

What makes you buy this project? ind sharing? I am pretty sure there are also other projects in MK. M

What other comparable projects available in MK? I wanted a new launch..
Project developer is quite reputable (MKH), price per sqft is good (~RM770psf) for MK
Size is reasonable for a small family (I went for the 1015 sqft)
My only concern is leasehold and the location of the entrance (Jalan Kiara 4) but shouldn't be too much of a problem..

Any other buyers willing to share their reason for buying?

Reputable for the Kajang township development. You have problems with MKH? Any stories to share?

The concern about leasehold was when I was deciding whether to buy or not. Obviously, leasehold properties will be less attractive compared to freehold when you are selling it.

it says in this website there are 2 units of shops. did developer tell you anything about the shops?

They built kajang. Whether reputable or not....i dunno.

When 99% of mk is freehold, tis saville mk is lishold...what do you think of its potential?

mkh is very famous for their highest end development in bangsar south.
they actually sued their customer.

try google and see.

fb is something like why malaysians are so stupid consumers or something like that.

haha i was worried for a moment there. yeah but only 2 shops, dont think it's gonna be very busy so it should still be quite residential

hmm interesting story about the orang utan.
of cos in terms of reselling, yeah leasehold has less potential (that's why i said it's one of my few concerns).

maybe u can go visit the actual units and site and see whether its as bad as what the person mentioned or not... and lets say MKH manage to make it from worse to current acceptable level... means they are still willing to do something to redeem their reputation... as for other saville projects... so far no super negative news come out to the market...

Guys can I ask usually after placing your booking fees, what is the grace period before u need to proceed with loan application and spa signing?

I was told by the agent that you have 45 days to get your SPA signed.
This of course includes getting a loan approved.
Any extra time would require a letter of extension.

Despite all the bad comment on mkh...on the other hand TRR still selling like a hot cake
Proved that no matter how bad the reputation of a developer...when the property is too good to resist...buyers still buy like ntg happened

From the comments I read about this developer regarding their workmanship, they're just so-so.

I do agree with oricori that the woman who made the complaint does come across as a loony to me when I saw that fb posting a month or two ago. I've been to Saville @ The Park a while back and don't see any defects in any of the units I've viewed. Pity the MKH staff who have to deal with her, tho.

Last I checked a few months back, it's fully sold out dy.

Can only wait for either subsale or a loan rejected unit.
