- surrounded by low class buildings and neighborhoods (unless major overhaul development in future)
- low rental (difficult to compete with KLCC area, Mont Kiara...)
- low capital appreciation (common problem with current market condition ... high density)
- high maintenance for long run (the facade structure need to careful maintain...)
- current sexy figure will become eyesore in future...(depend on society's perception in general...)

kind of narrow pool and no pool chairs spotted. one interesting part is that the changing room is directly connected into the pool. u can just walk into the pool after changing.

Just got my keys. Happy with the finishing but there are a few defects.

The only thing that I really sakit hati is that I was assured of a view of the KLCC but to my despair there is a very limited view. Not happy with this. Anyone on the same shoes with me? Thinking of making a formal complaint...

heard block D just opened few months back still has many unsold units?!
