only depend on YTL to revamp the whole Sentul.... it will take years to fully develop to another high end area...

look at Bkt Bintang....YTL should be tai kor over there... but since Malton came in and turn Bkt Bintang into well known shopping haven through Pavillion... now Pavillion become iconic trademark in KL... but YTL still bang bang lai (slow slowly)... mega_shok.gif

Is depand on location and project itself....
I still manage to get rental between 3k to 6k for my condos... Average about 6% ROI... PJ, Subang, KL area

6% isn't something great which is why that condo is the only one I keep an eye on since its in trouble. I admit its the worst performing property I have which is why I'm even in the owners whatsapp group. I wouldn't think about wasting my time in any whatsapp groups for the other units I have.

How much are you earning on your Sentul unit again? Oh right....0%. Bought overpriced, blew another amount of money renovating a white elephant, staying in a white elephant which is on its way down in value.

there will be a reason why unit get lelong.... good property wont easy get lelong if high demand in subsales or good rental return... very difficult to get good unit in lelong market
