Want to look beautiful from outside (which i think is not) need to sacrifice the balcony.. as far as i remember capers unit don't even have balcony right?

I dun think capers got balcony.

like this also called balcony? barely standing room for cat, lets alone for human.....and the worst part, owners paid for it for the useless space.

in term of fire harzard, how about those apartments without balcony? better meh?

upper level balcony should be bigger right? for this unit the floor is small but look at that ceiling, it is wider so upper level should have bigger balcony floor.

i think buyers already know when they choose unit.

Balcony meant for smoking purpose, standing room is sufficient.

Hi, buying a Big ticket item, need careful input & detail survey ,
is not buying a vege from market!

anyway , this defenitely pass - looking at either "THE REACH @ TITIWANGSA" or ptatical design
the " EXPRESSIONZ PROFESSIONAL SUITES @ TUN RAZAK" - good design , well furnished, GBI & energy saving features etc...

9' is concrete ceiling to tiled floor?

yes. big window panel allows light to flow in naturally. no feeling of claustrophobic .

9ft is floor to plaster ceiling, inside the plaster ceiling still got at least 5inch for downlight right?

Usually in what criteria make you interested and vested in one place?

'would I stay there' test mainly.

if I cant see myself living there, then its a no go. I always put tenants in my shoes........
