If you look at the layout for the dual key unit, ytl has added the larger entrance foyer into the builtup sq ft calculation, hence the psf price look cheaper.
The internal is still same ie 12.9x8m for 3 bedder. |

Acc to SA during launch, among all the 1200sf 3 bedders units in Fennel, only units no. 4,5,6 located in blk B have side KLCC views. They were priced much higher.
Typical 1200sf units were 800-850+k but those with klcc views were 900+k. |
