The land adjacent to the station under suitable environment, climate, rainfall and soil conditions, can plant coconut tree, start now 7 years later can have some fresh coconuts rclxm9.gif at least better than their old masterplan vacant the place for 20years tongue.gif thumbup.gif

700psf would be on the high side. Yup they are pushing hard to go for en bloc sale. Likely will come from their own subsidiaries.

Holding cost of sentul east and west is low. Ytl is not depending on development for income and not in hurry to develop.

It doesn't matter to ytl as the land will value more in 20 or 30 years time and they could afford to wait.

Of course they can hold but I believe many dun like to buy this kind of underperform place, how many 10years in your life? Many better opportunities out there..

Almost everywhere you look now prices are dropping hard bro. Global uncertainty everywhere Malaysia is just a pawn on the sideline. China suffer we suffer. Not to say any development is bad but now we are heading down the wave of property price. After a big bull run last time we expect a big correction now as well. Too many completed project everywhere.
