Ytl sold all units. Showroom closed, sales office on site also closed. The recent so called 40 units are actually units that are sold and undergoing transaction formality so owner have not vp the unit.

At least after d2 completion.

SW will be more expensive as its low rise concept.

There should be some mixed commercial title high rise in east.

Fennel is the last residential title in east.

Looking at how the JMC and owners unite and pass through most positive resolutions in the recent EGM is a positive sign.

Fennel booking fees was 30k and u have 5min to decide. Was considered a successful launching program back during that time.

It is not shabby at all considering all the subsale YTL product durig that time is cheaper than fennel.

PR (not sure how this is brought into this thread) can also considered successful launching in this climate. However no overnight queue.

Whether fennel.and Pr will do well with capital gain in the next few years only time will tell.
