coz with a diploma cert in TARC no big company want...
smaller or medium company can only max offer me rm3500...
very susah to live in KL with this income

Before you enter Bank Call centre , you started as Customer Service Exec or straightly apply for Team leader position?
If you started as Customer Service Exec, how much is the starting salary if you still remember?
Is this local bank or international bank?
You job basically doing inbound calls/outbound call 100% or you also need to sell bank product?
24 hours or shift until 12am?

Currently I'm in Customer service field and I'm interested to join CS banking industry.

As far that I know, CIMB, Standard chartered required you to cross sell the bank product.

I think he came from starting level in call center and reach till team lead post. No way Malaysia call center straight give 5-6k for answer call. (Unless odd hours and you support non native language like Japanese, Italian and so on)

Currently serving 1 month notice instead of 3. New company buy me out 2 months.
Will join the new company next month. Successfully making >60~70% jump from prev company.

Saw not a lot actuarial execs post their salary here. To those who are working in actuarial department, how much can you nego for entry level position for a recent graduate who already pass 5 papers from SOA?

What is your current company bonus? Do u take into consideration as well?

No. I did not. If put bonus, it would be really2 high jump. Future company also have their limitation or the hiring manager certainly have they're range.

actuarial partners might give you a slightly higher starting salary VS other proper insurance companies, but annual increment-wise, the latter could be better in the longer run

having passed 5 papers upon graduation is definitely above the average candidate
