TBH, many graduates out there started working after grad at the age of 23-24. Many people around your age earned only 2k-3k.

Your salary is 5.5k. You are lucky to get that salary.

Leave the factory job, apply F&b/Retail job.
Uniqlo pay basic RM2000, but make sure when you apply, you must look nice. Other than that, try apply Padini, basic around RM1100 something if i'm not mistaken but you will get commission based on how many clothes that sold every month.
F&B like Sushi Zanmai, Sushi King, Madam Kwan, Starbucks, and others, u can get high salary and more than that especially if you do OT. But try to avoid KFC, Mcd. Not worth.
But need to sacrifice the weekend.

These 2 fields are the only field that you can earn decent salary.

Before you enter Bank Call centre , you started as Customer Service Exec or straightly apply for Team leader position?
If you started as Customer Service Exec, how much is the starting salary if you still remember?
Is this local bank or international bank?
You job basically doing inbound calls/outbound call 100% or you also need to sell bank product?
24 hours or shift until 12am?

Currently I'm in Customer service field and I'm interested to join CS banking industry. smile.gif

As far that I know, CIMB, Standard chartered required you to cross sell the bank product.
