Cannot compare like that lah..... MS only bought a small piece of land in AP, how to develop into big big township like the rest. Problem with AP is location too close to industrial area but still a success by itself due to low entry price. Capital appreciation in term of % not bad too.

Wondering whether this could applied to the comercial or shop lots at AP.

Remember some1 posted that owners unable to rent out their lots and resorting to convert the commercial lots to foreign workers hostel. Come out into newspaper too.

Catering rubber gloves factory workers surrounding that areas.

Bad news to the owners if u ask me.

U r right about that, shop lots at the front entrance of AP gone case...

From my observation, AP is just a relative small housing area only and surrounded by light industries and have very minimal commerce activities. If compare to Bukit Tinggi (BBT) and Botanic are totally different story. As BBT and Botanic are very planned and surrounded by shops, hotels, shopping mall (Giant, Tesco, Aeon) and GM Mall 1 & 2(coming out), cafes, restaurants and etc.....

Also there are nothing interesting at AP.....

That's why when AP resident wants to upgrade, they move to Setia Alam.

to be perfectly honest and unbiased opinion, AP inside the estate is OK de...with pocket of gardens here and there......summore the prices were good and affortable...

just outside of the estate is undesirable.......and unsighted.

same feel if you travel from klang to meru and suddenly you found paradise in Setia Alam......the change in landscape and streetscape are so profound.......

guys, any update of setia city residence apartment? bila mau launch?

Agreed...which also become AP disadvantage. Furthermore till now, the road access and road within AP are not in very good condition....

heard that responses weren't too good...therefore they are postponing their 'soft launch'.

you know lah...these days developers want headline like "setia condo launched with 80% sold" de.....

if only 20% booked.....they just cant published de....

Ic.... thought last year already considered as soft launch. u know, some developers' soft launch can last for long long period.....

I think the price for setia city residences got problem lah, if they willing to sell at $500 psf, sure BBB.

actually they are 1M cementaries...got malai cina n indian....

dunno how big in acreage..

Current cemetery is as large as the whole Impian series in SA, if not larger. Quite big I would say.
