Just got to know SP is moving on the Percinct 17 with 18x65 and 20x65 double storey...wow this is going to be very hot area if the price is good. Can start registering now...

Hi,

Anyone here from setia damai 14/15 or 16?

Hear some agent comment that some places in damai 16 houses is cracking because of the land is not those hard land type? And damai 14 dont have this issue because its hard land. Any idea about this? In simple, is there any soil settlement in this 3 area?

As im studying semid around this 3 area.

Any advise from local?

As per my understanding, the earlier phases of Damai 16 had this issue, especially those on lower land.

P17 entrances all facing north, every time going in & out will see the cemetery. Why can't SPS build the entrances at the south? doh.gif

eventhough is cemetery at north side,but they build those.low cost flat to block the cementry view

Very interesting...Rimbayu next week is launching Penduline 20 x 65 price for Type A, RM 710k onwards and Type B, RM 690k onwards. Type A and Type B different is the sq feet.

Versus, Setia Alam Percinct 17, 18 x 65 & 20 x 65, likely the price will be within RM 600k onwards.

Who will win? (hahaha)

Not too sure, but will avoid the first 2 phases & probably choose those units at upper hill.
