This is common issue in Setia alam. Maybe you can go to Setia alam sales office to check because their team is experience in this.

Soil settling issue very common at Setia Alam. Last time some of my friends and relatives house also kena.
Developer fixed it for them as they buy new from developer.
Since yours is subsale, you may have to fix it yourself now.
