The masterplan of Setia Alam 2018 states that the "Medical centre" will be located at Setia Dagang (Setia City), which is prescint 1, not prescint 10 as stated in the Star.

Agreed. The current batch of houses are the epitome of Made in China, cheap and cheerful but lousy, with sino-"English" design (There's nothing English at all about the house design) all the materials are imported from China down to last nail, heck, even the engineers and contractors are from People's Republic of China. The only non-China element of the houses on offer is the land and the brand, the houses are sitting on.

True! Luckily this whole week is school holiday, so lesser traffic. There’s so many upcoming project, but the road is terrible. Road condition also worst especially from precint 17 to NIH.. they should maintain and keep the road safe for users la.. now sp setia quite terrible.

Same feeling like you. Last time when I just move in around 7 years ago, nice to stay. Not much jam despite long distance from PJ and KL. Now horrible and SP setia dun do anything to the access road but just keep on launch new project.

From my previous conversation with their sales department, this is an ersatz version of Setia Eco Park, so it would be the "Starter Homes" in SEP, as a rule of thumb, usually SP Setia sells their Starter Homes at 33% less than their regular product, if the latest launching of SEP were to be of any indication, my best guess would be 1.35M (which is still crazy pricing IMHO, the link SMD at Setia Alam is of the same price at much bigger build up, and since this is an ersatz version of SEP, it's not worth paying the premium)
