It’s not officially launch yet. The unit that i got is the pre-book unit which they open for early bird last two week, around 40 units and they are fully booked in 2 days time. The rest is only open for sale this saturday at Bbr sales gallery. Should be around 100 units open this Saturday. Maybe you can drop by sales gallery later on 6th. But be early since SD put so many buntings for Elsa and I bet lots of people will be queuing

bz the HOC,rebate 14 % , but the house mark up alr..so still the sameonly good thing is no need take out the 30 K out for this.
