Just come across this article from the star dated 15/2/2016. Mentioned that 1NIH will be ready by next year. But it look the whole project still not moving till now.

hopefully will fill up the baiduri, jati and other medium low cost apartment. say 5,000 staff, then i think 5,000 units required.

anyone got any idea how many units were sold by SP Setia?

Last launch Fusca price starts from 806k before rebates.

Nola, last one 2.5 storey built up 2330 only.
This new one full 3 storey built up 2579.
Price per square feet surprisingly remains the same, about RM345/each sq.
i would say worth to buy, and location wise is the nicest among these 4 phases.

I think this week all eyes on these 2 projects Edulis (3 storey) & Retusa (3 storey Link Semi D.

Edulis I think will sell well, only Retusa might have harder times this time round.

Another concern....Edulis the last row facing north....is facing the cemetery....Will the 2nd floor can see the cemetery.......those interest take note of this....

At SP website only have Edulis information...nothing yet on Retusa...mmm

at this point of time, 890k quite expensive.. not to mention retusa..
