landed new launching wont affected by market sentiment.... Msian still prefer to buy a brand new landed... landed have better appreciation... better demand in the future... and comparing to condo... their competition not that tough like a 600k condo with hundred units per block... currently launching landed below 700k generally still in BBB mode... landed no matter what... the land still belong to you... you can demolish it and rebuild a brand new house on it... haha....

Besides landed in SA, is there any place tat offer competitive price < 1m?

BBR, rawang, puncak alam, elmina for the northen side/shah alam/klang side these are the few i can think off... ahahha.... alam impian not sure still launching new phases or not... but the last time i went also 700k above already for new launches...

Construction is targeted to be finished March 2017. Probably VP will be very fast in 2nd half 2017.

Definitely it can be ready in time and I think it is ahead of schedule quite a lot due to 90:10 scheme. SP Setia will push to finish fast.
