Guys, Im a little confused.. Why is it you guys have to pay rm30k first before signing the SPA?
isn't it the other way round?
we can withdraw account 2 from EPF account with SPA signed isnt it?
but this is not possible now...
one more thing is that, without signing the SPA and we have to pay RM30k to the developer , isnt that a bit risky??

I asked them they said if RHB can include parking into loan. It doesnt make sense because Including in bank loan means total amt would be 300k + 25k = 325k total. Then you apply for 90% of that, meaning 32500 for dp, and remaining bank settle. It should not matter which bank it is.
