So hypptv is only compatible with tm routers only?
Or need to find those routers that's compatible with hypptv?
Would any router with ddwrt/openwrt still work?

I saw constructors installing TM fibre cabinet at "taman" besides. But no such cabling or installations happen on my side.

How do I confirm if my "taman" really-really get Unifi?

Technician came yesterday and tried changing the wireless settings/replace the router but the wifi reception is really bad even at only 10 meters away . No wonder you guys are really mad about the default router they provide 
Any recommendation for unifi supported router with range up to 10-15 meters?

Finally got my Unifi. Standard router. Cant max out using wifi. More than 1Mbps is already a blessing for me

Really. I've been stuck with 1Mbps Streamyx since 2006. I believe im the 1st Unifi user in my taman. 

1mbps jumped to 30mbps is huge. I'm still excited, now i dunno what to download anymore. 

btw, i can see that a lot of channels available in my hypptv with astro sports HD. i signed up for basic only. this is only temp promotion to new users or it's available in basic package?

guys i got RG DLINK WBR2300 modem during today installation. the wifi is bad for 50mbps package....manage only 30mbps with wifi. damn....can i request new modem with the installer?

damn the contractor must wanna get loose of old dlink stock and send to us in terengganu  ....the affordable dual band that compatible with unifi or maxis in mind?

hello guys, i just upgrading from vip5 to 30mbps package.. is it normal to get 20mbps-ish speed when connected to handphone or laptop via wifi? i always get around 15-20mbps on ookla speedtest..

I have this problem with Hypptv.
When I channel surf, click click change channel, then suddenly HyppTv shows no connection and the channel freezes. Then the BTU modem suddenly restarts.

Anyone have this problem?

On aside note, I have cash with them too. As I have overpaid my streamyx before I upgrade my unifi thus I have like RM150+ in my streamyx acc, and I went to TM point to request for the overpaid amount to be transfer to my unifi account. Guess what? Agent say it gonna took 15 days to verify and 90 days to transfer the fund.

visited to TM Point yesterday to ask for my current VIP20 package promotion option available.
Surprisingly, they told me that I can actually "Upgrade" to Unifi30, with paying less RM50, but with much less upload speed, i opt not to take it yet

asked them on the Unifi50 package, they told me that TM has temporary stop selling this plan, as they found some issue with this package and still doing fine tuning, until further notice.

end up, i get an offer to reduce RM10 from my current VIP20 plan from RM229 to RM219

Just installed last week. Tested it yesterday. Switched off power and within a day phone switched off. Not using for any calls.
