It's good that you also mention which outlet declined your payment and which outlet accepted?

To be fair, post #2 only mentions about Gurney Paragon and nothing about Sunway Carnival. laugh.gif

I mentioned few times in previous post. Sunway carnival Penang only accept cash for bill payment. For touch and go no issue. I am the first one who tried this out, and they actually process for me with cc. After my payment, they told me no more cc for bill payment in the future and they put up the sign board.
However, no issue if pay at gurney paragon Penang and nu sentral.
The next one I wish to try at aloe star. A new branch of Sam grocery

I did that last month at the same place, too.

RM200 x 2 (they split it to 2 transactions).

Noted and thanks for the info. Funny though same company but different services.
Only saw sign board mentioned "Preferably cash payment only", if they understand preferably doesn't mean no cc accepted.

Me: May I know why I can make bill payment with cc at Sam Paragon but not at here?
Sam: Previously can but now the management just informed them cannot anymore after the last training. Only TnGo can pay by cc.

Me: But I successfully make payment on last week at Sam Paragon.
Sam: May be it is just starting implemented these few days. After that I think you cannot pay with cc anymore.

Without arguing anymore, I'm just say thank you and walk away.

In the end, successfully paid at Sam Paragon few days later when I went there.

Guys, my touch n go card is inactive. I called CS and apparently cannot activate anymore. Can only go to counter and get refund. Will it be full refund of the amount?

Better go get your refund back ASAP.

Will there be a fee when a card is deactivated?
Once a card is deactivated, an DORMANT FEE of RM5.30 will be imposed immediately and deducted from the deposit or unutilised card balance.
In the event of a deactivated card continues to remain inactive, RM5.30 will be charged and deducted from the said deposit or unutilised card balance once every six (6) months.
We will stop charging maintenance fee when the card is reactivated, returned for refund or until the deposit and card balance are depleted.

Why TNGSB imposes a deactivation fee and maintenance fee?
The deactivation and maintenance fees are to cover system maintenance and administration cost.

Why TNGSB imposes a maintenance fee once every six months?
This is to urge customers to quickly visit our counter to claim the unutilised card balance (subject to the terms & conditions).
