Just topped up at Petronas @ Kinrara, Puchong (beside Kinrara Furniture Street) using Maybank Ikhwan. I had to pay extra RM1 for each RM100 reload. So, I paid RM202 using credit card for RM200 reload. Maybank better honor the cash back in my next statement.
