QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 18 2016, 04:07 PM) Well, for ePay, you cannot pay the same bill from the same counter on the same day. So not an issue. Sometimes can, sometimes can't. You can hop from one counter to another counter. For me, I have no problem, my office is in KL Sentral, I can come back on the next day. TnG reload has no issue though. What do you mean? Do you mean, say I have 2 Astro Bills, I can only pay 1 Astro bill on Counter A and I have to pay the 2nd Astro Bill on another counter if I want to do it on the same day?

If 2 Astro bills with two different account no., yes can pay at the same counter. However, for people who split bills (Wise card holders), will need to hop from one counter to one counter. Similar account no. cannot be paid in the same counter on the same day. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 18 2016, 04:42 PM

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 18 2016, 01:45 PM) Just reloaded two TnG cards, RM 50 and RM 100 at Sam's Groceria Nu Sentral. Reloaded by my another favourite experienced cashier. Never failed to help me to reload and pay bills. She knows it so well that I will have more than one transaction, after I was done with one transaction, she asked for my second transaction. Tomorrow will go again because my colleague forgot to bring her TnG today and I will pay my UniFi bill of RM 35 since that's the quota left and the remaining payments will pay in Feb quota. RM 35 can pay right? Loyal customer lol. Too bad I am not working or staying near Nu Sentral, or any other Same groceria.

Managed to reload RM 100 TnG and paid RM 35 UniFi using my HLB Wise at Sam's, Nu Sentral. I did it at my favourite counter, the CS counter attended by the usual sweet Indian girl. OK, January quota completed. Awaiting RM 100 cash back and next quota. She said UniFi also should be the same as TNB which is RM 20. I guess all ePay bills starts from RM 20.00 and after that can punch in any amount even if it is with decimal. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 19 2016, 01:47 PM

QUOTE(TXSim @ Jan 18 2016, 09:51 PM) OK. Got expire on IC for TNG? TnG cards (including the one in MyKad) is set for 10 years expiry. Easiest place to check expiry date is at the TnG portal. MyKad itself has no expiry date but information on card (e.g. drivers licence, passport, etc) needs to be updated when it changes.
